The Boyne Valley Garden Trail offers gardening enthusiasts contact details and a route map to a stunning variety of historic and contemporary gardens located in the beautiful Boyne Valley. In 2017, we are delighted to welcome two new members – Rosemount and Julianstown Village Garden – bringing the Trail total to 21 gardens, garden centers and country house accommodation providers.
By clicking and printing the PDF map image at ‘DOWNLOAD OUR BROCHURE’ below left, you can create a personal garden itinerary, combining your garden visits with a stop at a plant nursery, as well as a few of the famous Neolithic and Medieval sites, which make the Boyne Valley famous.
For visitors wishing to stay for a night or two, stylish country house accommodation is also available on the Trail.
Gardens in public and private ownership are waiting to be explored. Please see websites for gardens which have cafes, or offer refreshments by appointment. Some historic houses are open to view along side gardens, and occasionally you will be guided by owners.
Further details can be found in ‘Our Gardens’ where you can link to the gardens’ own websites.
